This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and customers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within customer specifications. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with experience managing fiber optic and structured cabling installations in commercial buildings and multi-dwelling units (MDUs)., Field Operations * Manage daily field operations for Inside Plant (ISP) construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications. * Coordinate subcontractors, customers, vendors, and internal project teams to support project logistics and maintain construction schedules. * Manage material procurement by confirming lead times, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors to ensure required materials are available when needed to keep project schedules on track. * Monitor project progress / quality assurance, identify potential issues (red tagging), and implement solutions to keep projects on track. * Ensure all work complies with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Project Documentation * Maintain detailed and accurate daily reports, production tracking, and project documentation. * Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and project records. * Track and document change orders in accordance with customer requirements and project specifications. * Communicate project updates, risks, and schedule changes to company leadership and customers.
