## About the Role

* Prior cash applications, accounts receivable, or accounting experience preferred
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 * Excellent research and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills
 * Comfortable handling multiple entities and high-volume transactions
 * Microsoft Excel proficiency
 * Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 experience is a plus, but not required
 * Ability to work fully onsite in Woodland, WA

## Description

* Apply daily customer payments across multiple companies
 * Research unidentified payments, missing remittances, and payment discrepancies
 * Match electronic payments to customer remittances and invoices
 * Prepare daily check deposits and maintain supporting documentation
 * Assist with sales order and intercompany invoicing
 * Scan and maintain payment documentation
 * Work closely with AR and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
