You will serve as the primary link between engineering, construction operations, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure technical requirements, project objectives, and constructability considerations are successfully integrated into project delivery. In this role, you will oversee engineering deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, support proposal and preconstruction efforts, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Success requires strong engineering judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical construction solutions while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations. This position is ideal for a technically driven leader who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to the successful delivery of mission-critical projects., * Lead technical planning and engineering coordination efforts for data center and large-scale infrastructure projects. * Coordinate engineering deliverables between internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and customers. * Review drawings, specifications, site development plans, and technical documentation to ensure project requirements are accurately incorporated into execution plans. * Support proposal development, scope definition, constructability reviews, and technical solution development during project pursuit and preconstruction phases. * Identify technical risks, design conflicts, and project challenges while developing practical solutions that support project objectives. * Collaborate with construction teams to ensure engineering intent, design requirements, and project execution strategies remain aligned throughout delivery.
