Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. ## Description As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing workflow automation tools for our Navy clients. You'll leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and the Office 365 suite to enhance data collection, streamline approvals, and modernize digital signature workflows. Your expertise will bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless automation that drives mission success., * Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform Solutions using Application Lifecyle Management (ALM) best practices * Facilitate requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring proposed solutions are thoroughly validated and aligned with organizational needs. * Plan, delegate, and track development tasks, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure successful launches within defined timelines * Collaborate with a team to design security groups and user personas to effectively enable role-based access controls (RBAC) * Develop custom connectors for API integrations to enable secure data flows * Develop reusable components to promote consistency across the portfolio of solutions * Define test requirements and protocols to effectively capture user requirements, facilitating unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) events * Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release notes * Provide guidance to client-side leadership on the evaluation and prioritization of new product and feature requests, ensuring alignment with their portfolio strategy, Equal Opportunity Employer: Navaide is an EEO Employer.
