## Description

* In need of a self-directed, results-driven leader who can manage multiple concurrent priorities, balance strategic and tactical execution, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope for the following:
 * Drive end-to-end program execution across complex data governance, regulatory, and risk management initiatives, from strategic planning and implementation through operational reporting and sustained business adoption.
 * Lead annual AML and Sanctions attestation processes for applicable Global Markets and Global Banking transaction flows, supporting GFCC requirements with scalable, repeatable, and audit-ready controls.
 * Own issue management and remediation activities across stakeholder testing, internal quality control, lineage validation, and control attestation efforts to strengthen compliance posture and reduce operational risk.
 * Develop and maintain robust process documentation, governance artifacts, and operating procedures to enhance transparency, sustainability, and traceability across team deliverables.
 * Capture and curate complex data lineage, controls metadata, and application hierarchy information across Global Banking and Global Markets supply chains to enable critical risk functions and business partner testing objectives.
 * Leverage enterprise data management tools and functional platforms to support testing execution, stakeholder inquiries, control assessments, and technology-enabled process insights.
 * Ensure deliverables are aligned with Enterprise Data Management policies, standards, and control frameworks, reinforcing data integrity, governance discipline, and regulatory readiness.
 * Provide responsive support for urgent stakeholder testing matters while proactively identifying emerging risks, root causes, and process improvement opportunities to prevent future escalations.
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, risk, and compliance partners to understand business rules, data flows, application architecture, and control dependencies across the Global Banking and Markets ecosystem.
