* Prior recruiting experience
 * Prior customer/client facing interaction
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, emphasis on Excel
 * Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs as necessary
 * Previous experience within the light industrial industry preferred
 * High energy with positive team focused attitude
 * Sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment
 * Ability to work with a diverse group of people
 * Bilingual Spanish/English required

## Description

* Work onsite at our client's facility and nurturing the relationship and ensuring all their needs are met
 * Recruit associates for specific functions within the site location
 * Actively monitor associates' work performance through walking the production floor
 * Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates and check employees at the beginning of their shift
 * Coach employees on performance improve performance and work to decrease turnover
 * Create and maintain multiple daily and weekly reports such as for daily attendance/ performance and turn over reporting utilizing Excel.
 * Conduct injury and employee investigations as required.
 * Assist with recruiting when needed.
