This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently., Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team at the Houston facility. This role is responsible for supervising personnel, coordinating production activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting the successful integration, testing, and delivery of industrial control panels and automation systems. The Integration Supervisor works closely with engineering, project management, production, and quality teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with customer specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of industrial control systems and a commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence., * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of integration technicians and production personnel * Assign work priorities to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements * Ensure electrical assemblies and control systems are built according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications * Monitor productivity, workflow, and labor utilization to improve operational efficiency * Support troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution during integration and FAT activities * Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production or technical issues * Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, customer requirements, and internal quality standards * Conduct inspections and verify workmanship throughout the production process * Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures * Lead employee training, coaching, and development initiatives * Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities * Maintain accurate production and reporting documentation * Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the integration process * Support Lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives * Assist with inventory, materials coordination, and production planning as needed ## Related Videos - [What If Apps Built Themselves?
