Through four 6-month rotations, participants gain hands-on experience across areas such as business IT, manufacturing systems, cybersecurity, data and analytics, IT operations, enterprise platforms, automation, and digital workplace solutions. Participants work on real business and technology challenges while building technical skills, business understanding, professional confidence, and a strong network across D&IT. With ongoing coaching, feedback, and program support, participants prepare to transition into a landing role that aligns their strengths and interests with Corning's business needs.
