Preferred Certifications include: * Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) * DCAM Certification * AWS Certified Data Analytics or Solutions Architect * PMP or Agile Certification (a plus) * Proven leadership in building and scaling data governance programs and leading enterprise transformation efforts. * Deep understanding of metadata, data quality, stewardship, and compliance frameworks (e.g. DCAM, DAMA). * Hands-on experience with AWS data services and automation tools. * Experience implementing Gen AI and agentic AI solutions for data governance automation. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. ## Description Our team drives the bank's cutting-edge technology infrastructure and prioritizes seamless and secure digital operations. This senior leadership role is critical to building foundational data capabilities, driving adoption, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Director will be responsible for selecting and implementing tools, establishing processes, and embedding governance into business and technology workflows.
