We are looking for a Product Manager with strong Data & Analytics experience to drive data-driven product decisions in a healthcare environment. The role focuses on improving customer experience through insights, reporting, and continuous product enhancements across web and mobile platforms., * Define and manage analytics and reporting requirements

 * Perform data analysis to drive product improvements
 * Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
 * Deliver insights, identify root causes, and recommend enhancements
 * Define metrics, data models, and standards (e.g., Find Care)
 * Collaborate cross-functionally to close product and data gaps
