## Description

* Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls
 * Manage firewall rules, NAT, zones, and Site-to-Site VPNs
 * Handle firewall service requests, tickets, and change requests
 * Troubleshoot network/security issues
 * Support firewall hardware refresh and EOL replacement
 * Maintain security controls for IRS, FBI, and CJIS/CJI compliance
 * Participate in on-call and after-hours maintenance
