One of the leading agriculture companies in the US lives right here in the Central Valley. They are in need of a GIS Specialist II to join their busy team! This GIS Specialist II position has ability to learn and grow from the best. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity and my client is looking to hire quick.

## Description

* Maintain databases filled with new and historical data including crop usage, acreage, varieties, yields, plantings, etc.
 * Manage web maps, field trial maps, project maps, and annual reporting
 * Perform spatial analysis with a variety of data sources related to farming operations, crop production, water use, and land use
 * Ensure data integrity throughout all GIS resources including data collection, data storage and data usage
 * Coordinate with farming divisions and other departments to determine user needs
 * Integrate data and ensure integrity of all related data
 * Perform and manage field data information gathering and audits
