## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
 * Bachelor's degree preferred, * Sales experience preferred
 * Training experience preferred
 * Valid and active driver's license required
 * Experience in dealership operations, F&I, or automotive systems preferred
 * Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM tools
 * Excellent organizational and communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office and related digital platforms

## Description

Van Horn Dealer Solutions (VHDS) is seeking a Training and Systems Specialist to support our dealership network by managing and streamlining back-end processes, ensuring our stores can focus on what they do best - selling! This role plays a key part in improving efficiency, supporting finance operations, and ensuring smooth system integrations across multiple platforms., * Conduct foundational new hire sales training

 * Manage and support Contracts in Transit (CITs)
 * Maintain and develop banking relationships and ensure proper contract completion
 * Manage system setups in Dealertrack, Tekion, VinSolutions, RouteOne, Impact, warranty companies, and digital retailing tools
 * Assist in the development of training materials with the Senior Directors of Variable and Fixed Operations
 * Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and training/warranty partners
 * Provide finance system support to dealerships
 * Update and manage forms and compliance documents across all locations
 * Ensure adherence to compliance standards and proper documentation procedures
