 * Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls accurately and efficiently
 * Manage front desk operations including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming correspondence
 * Assist with office management tasks such as inventory control and supply ordering
 * Support administrative functions by preparing Word processing documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail
 * Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times
