## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED.
 * 2+ years of customer service, call center, telephone support, or help desk experience.
 * Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
 * Experience using computers, business software, telephone systems, and fax equipment.
 * Experience with help desk, ticketing, or customer service software.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
 * Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Additional Requirements

 * Must be available to work Monday-Friday during a shift between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM CST.
 * Must be able to work 100% remotely.
 * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

## Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide remote technical and customer support for a high-volume service environment. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, telephone support experience, and the ability to accurately document and process customer requests while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)., * Answer inbound calls and respond to basic customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and route calls to the appropriate team when needed.

 * Document calls, customer interactions, account history, and resolutions accurately in help desk systems.
 * Research customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
 * Process customer requests through telephone, fax, email, mail, and other communication channels.
 * Maintain service levels and ensure requests are processed within established SLAs.
 * Perform data entry and match documents to the appropriate customer accounts.
 * Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients.
 * Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management regarding service issues.
 * Review weekly client reports for data accuracy and integrity and provide reports to management.
 * Identify opportunities to improve procedures and workflows for more efficient service delivery.
