Preferred * Experience with Legal systems, contract repositories, or contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms. * Familiarity with data governance, operational control frameworks, and audit/regulatory expectations. * Experience with data quality tooling, monitoring/alerting patterns, and batch/near-real-time processing concepts. * Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and partnering effectively across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology. * Data visualization skills and/or UI/UX design experience to improve usability of data products, dashboards, or end-user experiences. ## Description State Street's Legal Department is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Legal Data Engineering to join Legal Operations. This role is responsible for the engineering and operational reliability of Legal data products and platforms, including data pipelines, integrations, data models, and technical issue management. The AVP partners closely with Technology and Legal stakeholders and works alongside the Legal Data Controller to ensure Legal data is accurate and that corrective actions and safeguards are implemented to maintain data quality.
