PREFERRED: * Relevant certifications CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server. * Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure. This position will maintain, monitor, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and systems that support daily business operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications. * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve outages to minimize downtime. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across systems (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.). * Manage and maintain group polices. * Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and patch management. * Implement and maintain security best practices, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanning. * Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) including provisioning, scaling. * Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. * Provide tier 2/3 technical support and escalation for end-user issues. * Collaborate with IT and development teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades. * Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements. * Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours system emergencies. * Other duties as assigned. ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
