Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * One (1) year of experience supporting IT operations, infrastructure, or enterprise systems. * One (1) year of experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC), Telecommunications Operations Center, or similar environment. * Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, RHCE, Security+, or other relevant technical certifications. * Familiarity with networking concepts, system monitoring tools, incident management processes, and enterprise technology environments. ## Description The IT Network Specialist, Associate supports the availability, integrity, and reliability of enterprise network and telecommunications systems. This role provides operational and technical support for network infrastructure, technology platforms, and related services by monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, and assisting with incident resolution. Working under general supervision, the Associate Network Specialist collaborates with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day network operations, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates seeking to develop their networking and infrastructure expertise within a large-scale enterprise environment.
