## About the Role

Are you energized by solving technical puzzles and helping people stay connected and productive?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
OR

 * 2 years of equivalent work experience
 * A+ Certification preferred, * Intermediate troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
 * Familiarity with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
 * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
 * Ability to pass a background check prior to hire

## Description

* Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person
 * Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
 * Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
 * Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
 * Document processes and create knowledge base articles
 * Act as a liaison with third-party vendors and technicians
 * Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs
 * Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, As a Desktop Support Analyst I, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth IT operations and enabling users to perform effectively. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, expand your technical skills, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
