This role partners closely with shop floor users, engineering, and site leadership to deploy, support, and continuously improve technical solutions that directly enable Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). Responsibilities include maintenance of existing solutions, upgrading existing tech stacks, implementing functional and performance enhancements, and developing software solutions to meet evolving manufacturing and business needs. In this role, you will work at the intersection of software, hardware, and manufacturing operations, translating manufacturing and business needs into stable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. You will support and improve operational capabilities such as production planning and oversight, WIP management, and day-to-day shop execution. The role also requires strong stakeholder engagement, a proactive and hands-on approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to interpret legacy software to enable effective support, issue resolution, and modernization efforts.
