Under an experienced leadership team, we provide growth opportunities, intellectual challenge and a flexible, collaborative company culture., Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required. * Working knowledge and experience supporting, maintaining, developing, configuring, and troubleshooting business applications and related technologies, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and integrations with other business systems including CRM, MES, APIs, MRP. * Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Proficiency with Microsoft Software Suite. * Manufacturing background is an asset. * Business analysis, Project Management Office, and program management experience are assets. * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work onsite daily in Rogers, MN, All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States of America. ## Description Reporting to the Director of IMIT, the Business Central Application Specialist, serves as the primary liaison between Business Central and internal stakeholders who utilize the application. They are responsible for improving system utilization, supporting users, coordinating development efforts, and reducing reliance on external vendors to drive efficiency and scalability across Heliene. They work cross-collaboratively with departments with Heliene and other members of IT to ensure fast, accruable and reliable support. The Business Central Application Specialist will partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other business stakeholders to ensure Business Central supports scalable business processes, accurate data, and effective decision-making.
