Flexible work from home options available. ## Description The Junior Systems Engineer supports the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, servers, storage systems, and core IT services. Working alongside senior engineers, this role participates in infrastructure operations, cloud administration, system patching, and modernization initiatives. This position is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity., Systems Administration & Infrastructure Operations * Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and health monitoring of enterprise servers and infrastructure. * Perform routine operating system patching, software upgrades, and hardware maintenance tasks. * Troubleshoot server, infrastructure, and operating system issues to ensure operational stability. * Assist with enterprise storage administration, performance optimization, and capacity planning. Cloud & Network Support * Support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, services, and operational deployments. * Apply basic networking knowledge to support connectivity, core IT services, and infrastructure projects.
