Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and maintain our Zscaler security solutions, providing Level 2 (L2) support for critical products such as ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) and ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access). This role requires expertise in network security, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security operations., * Manage and support Zscaler infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

 * Provide L2 support for Zscaler products, including ZPA, ZIA, and ZIP.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues, ensuring timely resolution.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions for network security and system optimization.
 * Ensure that security policies and configurations are properly implemented and maintained.
 * Maintain documentation and reports related to Zscaler systems for auditing and operational efficiency.
