This role will serve as the payments expert throughout implementation, with a primary focus on reducing time to first payment and accelerating customers toward their expected payment volume and Virtual Card adoption. Working closely with Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Payment Operations, you will guide customers through the payments portion of their implementation, identify and remove barriers to going live, and ensure they are positioned to begin transacting quickly. Once customers begin processing payments, you will remain engaged during the initial ramp period to help drive adoption before transitioning the customer to ongoing Payment Operations support.
