## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)

 * 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

 * Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or Bachelor's degree and 14 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree and 16 years of relevant experience, or 18 years of relevant experience in place of a degree, * Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.

## Description

*

 + Use statistical tools and analytical methods to identify IT spend and budget reduction trends to support investment decisions and prioritization
 + Apply data and process analytic techniques to identify dependencies between IT systems and capabilities and determine the true cost of IT components across the enterprise environment
 + Provide data analysis support to executive governance boards and agency planning, programming, budgeting, and capital investment processes
 + Deliver data-based recommendations on resource and program activities to senior leadership, * Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:

 * Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Level of Supervision Required:

 * The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.
