* Strong AI Solution Architecture experience with hands-on AI/ML and Generative AI expertise.
 * Deep expertise in .NET / C# Full Stack technologies.
 * Experience designing AI-powered enterprise applications and solutions.
 * Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI/ML models and AI integrations.
 * Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQL and cloud technologies.
 * Front-end experience with React/Angular and modern Full Stack development.
 * Ability to define AI architecture, technology strategy, integration patterns and enterprise solutions.
 * Strong experience driving AI adoption and transformation across business functions.
 * Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience is mandatory.
 * Experience with Azure/Azure OpenAI is preferred.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
