## About the Role

* Minimum 1 to 3+ years of related Desktop Support experience
 * AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
 * A+ Certification a plus but not required
 * LAN and WAN experience
 * Basic Networking knowledge
 * Windows 10/11 experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
 * ServiceNow experience preferred
 * Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
 * Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
 * Personable, reliable, and relatable and responsible when interacting with clients
 * Able to provide a consultative approach to solving issues
 * Impeccable follow-through to client satisfaction
 * Track record of punctuality, go-getter
 * Not intimidated by new or complex problems and situations

## Description

* Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
 * Provide end user support to clients and their team
 * Customize the customer experience for every individual, all communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
 * Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
 * Be proactive in solving any situation
 * Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service issues
 * Provide onsite desktop support for levels of end-users
