This includes identifying new technologies to meet business needs, working through project-based implementations, and day-to-day support of the network. The team also works closely with other technical teams within the bank to assist in their projects and troubleshooting of system issues. Their efforts ensure peak performance to avoid business disruptions. As a Network Administrator, you will focus on team adherence to network quality standards and performing advanced operations activities and maintenance duties including incident response, moves/adds/changes to equipment installation/de-installation and general care-and-feeding of network equipment. You will work extensively with Network Engineers to ensure successful handoffs of new technologies, tools, and procedures to network operational teams. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves multiple other initiatives as assigned by IT leadership. This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site / Fri remote) at the UMB Technology & Operations Center located in downtown Kansas City, MO.
