Every day you will analyze business requirements, configure application settings, and perform system testing. You'll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors/development teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, assisting with user training, and supporting upgrades/deployments. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, practical experience in application configuration/support. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential to interact effectively with users and teams. This role combines the responsibilities of an Imaging Informaticist and an Application Systems Analyst, requiring a unique blend of clinical knowledge, technical expertise, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in Merative Merge PACS, proficiency in medical imaging workflows, knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards, and a commitment to optimizing imaging technologies to enhance patient care, streamline operational efficiency, and advance diagnostic capabilities within a complex healthcare environment.
