ISA participates in defining high-level functional and non-functional requirements, analyzes technical trade-offs, and helps define the interfaces, collaborations, and dependencies between major components and subsystems. Working across the entire ICE portfolio, the team leads technology investigations, recommends solutions, and plays a critical role in aligning teams around a common technical direction through standards, governance, and architecture guidance.
