This role is critical to shaping our future-state data architecture and strategy in an environment that is close to greenfield. The ideal candidate comes from a small-to-mid-size company, has built or rebuilt a data platform from the ground up, and is comfortable balancing strategy, execution, team leadership, and budget ownership. This is not a "hands-off" director role-you must be able to get into the weeds, guide technical decisions, and lead multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
