## Description

Lead the delivery of practical, end to end, user-focused digital and process improvements across Transport Infrastructure. This role blends transformation, operational insight, and technology to enhance productivity, simplify ways of working, and drive measurable business performance., * Understand frontline operations, identifying pain points and opportunities for digital, AI, or process improvement.

 * Design and deliver transformation initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to implementation and performance tracking.
 * Ensure solutions meet real user needs, improving workflows and operational efficiency.
 * Standardise and streamline processes and systems, reducing complexity and waste.
 * Challenge existing practices and drive behavioural change across teams.
 * Support the move toward a more integrated and unified digital ecosystem.
 * Lead pilots and rollouts, ensuring successful adoption and long-term embedding.
