Preferred: ProLink Expertise: Understanding of modules, workflows, and configuration options. This role focuses on applying configuration/technical changes to the platform that supports the Multi-Family business processes. The Systems Analyst will also support and coordinate with the Multi-Family business units in reviewing, testing, and adoption of system enhancements. The Systems Analyst drives data integrity, reporting solutions, and user adoption through collaboration, documentation, and training., Platform Optimization & Support * Partner with business units and Multi-Family BA to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement ProLink quarterly updates and new features. * Validate system changes through testing and ensure smooth deployment. * Provide guidance to end users on best practices and system functionality. Data Quality & Reporting * Develop and maintain reporting tools, queries, and dashboards to support decision-making. * Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards. * Perform data validation activities. * Manage data mapping of imported data from various sources into ProLink. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination * Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and vendor support teams on technical matters. * Facilitate enhancement requests and issue resolution. * Participate in user group meetings and feedback sessions.
