## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to drive performance engineering and testing initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance testing strategy, workload modeling, test execution, bottleneck analysis, and performance optimization for web, API, cloud, and distributed systems., * Years of QA/Performance Testing experience with experience in a lead role.

 * Strong experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
 * Experience testing Web Applications, APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-based solutions.
 * Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, SQL, Java/.NET architectures, and distributed systems.
 * Experience monitoring applications using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
 * Strong skills in performance analysis, capacity planning, and root cause identification.
 * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
 * Knowledge of container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Experience in performance engineering, site reliability, and application tuning.
 * Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Relevant certifications in performance testing, cloud, or quality engineering.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end performance testing activities for enterprise applications.
 * Define performance test strategy, workload models, and test plans.
 * Design, develop, and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
 * Analyze performance metrics and identify application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
 * Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance issues.
 * Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
 * Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support performance engineering best practices.
