* 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience within complex enterprise applications
 * Experience with one of the public assistance programs:
 + SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
 + TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
 + Child Care assistance programs
 * Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug Java applications and resolve application defects
 * Experience analyzing application logs, code, data, and system behavior to identify root causes
 * Experience supporting production and/or test-environment incidents
 * Strong understanding of application troubleshooting and incident-resolution processes
 * Ability to work across development, QA/testing, functional, and business teams to drive issues through resolution
 * Experience investigating defects and determining appropriate code fixes or technical remediation
