Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. ## Description We are seeking to hire experienced Program Manager - Cloud Migration Assessment - to support the migration assessment and modernization. Client Ignite Assessment Team delivers cloud migration assessments (EARs - Executive Assessment Reports) to enterprise clients evaluating their journey to AWS and other Cloud Platforms. This Program Manager role sits at the intersection of technical discovery and business conversion owning the narrative that transforms an assessment into a committed migration program. This is not a traditional PM role. This is a strategic sales-delivery hybrid for someone who can synthesize infrastructure and application complexity into a C-suite business story that drives conversions. Key Responsibilities Primary Accountability : Own the EAR narrative, C-suite positioning, deal structure, and conversion readiness from assessment through migration commitment. Drive a 60%+ assess-to-migrate conversion rate through disciplined pipeline management and compelling executive storytelling.
