AI & Emerging Technology Focus * Demonstrate a general understanding of AI concepts and use cases. * Familiarity with ChatGPT, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and process automation. * Interest in learning and integrating AI into Agile delivery processes. * Ability to discuss practical AI applications at an industry level. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with enterprise-wide automation platforms and AI-driven process improvement initiatives. * Exposure to technology-focused banking environments. ## Description We are seeking a proactive Scrum Master to support a Credit Services organization within the banking and financial services sector. This role requires a strong ownership mentality to lead delivery efforts across multiple teams, drive Agile best practices, and serve as a liaison across business and technology groups.
