## About the Role

* 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
 * Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements in Agile environments.
 * Experience supporting HR, HCM, employee experience, or talent management platforms.
 * Working knowledge of Workday, HR system integrations, APIs, and data mapping.
 * Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent workstreams., * Experience with employee performance management or employee experience solutions.
 * Familiarity with Phenom, survey platforms, and HR digital transformation initiatives.
 * Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations.

## Description

The ideal candidate is a highly technical Business Analyst with a proven ability to elicit, document, and refine business and system requirements in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. This individual will partner closely with HR, Digital Technology, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements while supporting ongoing project planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery activities., * Lead requirements gathering sessions and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for EPS and AMT initiatives.

 * Work closely with HR stakeholders, Product Managers, architects, and development teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and traceable through delivery.
 * Create user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
 * Analyze integrations and data flows across HR platforms, including Workday, Phenom, and related digital products.
 * Support project planning, dependency management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team coordination.
 * Participate in testing, defect triage, and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
 * Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement across HR technology workflows.
