Technical Skills: * Strong hands-on SQL and Python experience. * Deep understanding of Transaction Monitoring, Customer Risk Rating, Sanctions/Screening, AML Risk Assessment (AMLRA), and AML Metrics and Reporting Governance. Soft Skills: * Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. * Strong leadership and collaboration abilities. * Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. * Ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights. * Strong documentation and organizational skills. * Ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences. * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on controls, quality, and governance.
