On the product side, that could mean Asset Lifecycle, Global Feature, Reporting, Preventive Maintenance, or Planner: the systems behind work orders, assets, and scheduling that customers touch daily. On the platform side, it could mean Backend Framework, Search or API Platform: the shared services and infrastructure the product teams build on. Whichever team you join, you will: * Ship features end to end, from planning through production. * Partner directly with Product Managers and Designers to shape your team's roadmap, not just execute against it. * Own a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break. * Review code and mentor other developers on your team. * Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices. Our core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. Some teams use C# or Python. You don't need to already know every piece of it to apply. You'll land on a team of 5 to 10 people and take on-call rotation as part of the role. Within your first 6 months, you'll own a feature area or system outright. ## Related Videos - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Stop using Node.js like in 2020!
