You are proactive, solutions-driven, and able to remain calm under pressure while always taking ownership and following things through to completion. As a strong team player, you genuinely enjoy working collaboratively and feel comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, keeping things moving, and being the person who "gets things done" - this could be the perfect role for you. Ideally you have * Experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or administration * Good IT skills including MS Office or Google Workspace * Strong written and spoken English * Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, or CRM systems (helpful but not essential) * Experience in maritime, logistics, engineering, or industrial sectors is a bonus - but not required ## Description * Identify potential risks to on-time delivery and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges, ensuring we always deliver on our promises * Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and act as their internal advocate to ensure a high-quality service experience * Log claims or complaints, identify root causes with the team, and contribute to continuous improvement and preventative actions * Support and mentor newer team members by sharing best practices and contributing to a positive, knowledge-sharing environment Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Leader.
