This position will own implementations from planning through production launch and work across both the business and technical sides of the implementation process. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who is comfortable working directly with customers, developers, infrastructure teams, banking operations, and payment specialists. This is not a traditional project management role-we are looking for someone with the technical curiosity and hands-on approach needed to understand complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and successfully drive products into production. What You'll Do * Lead customer implementations from kickoff through production go-live. * Develop and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, and customer deliverables. * Coordinate across Product, Development, DevOps, Banking Operations, Payments, Compliance, and customer teams. * Lead implementations for major customers and first deployments of new products. * Work directly with technical teams to identify and resolve implementation challenges. * Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, authentication, data flows, file transfers, webhooks, payment transactions, and other technical issues. * Perform functional QA and validate products across customer, banking, and payment workflows. * Support the implementation and deployment of ATM, POS, card, payment processing, and embedded banking products. * Identify product gaps and partner with Product and Development to improve the platform. * Develop repeatable implementation processes, documentation, testing procedures, and customer onboarding practices. * Support larger customers following launch with expansion, optimization, and adoption of additional products. * Utilize modern AI tools to research, analyze, troubleshoot, automate repetitive work, and improve overall productivity., A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your "major life activities."
