Your work will focus on building and applying models that uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and optimize processes across the enterprise. Through real-world projects and collaboration with business and technology partners, you'll gain exposure to how advanced analytics enables Vanguard to deliver value at scale. The Technology Leadership Program is a rotational development experience designed for early-career technologists ready to make an impact. Data Scientist participants complete three rotations across Data & Analytics-focused teams, gaining exposure to different domains, tools, and business challenges while increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership capability over time.
