Primary Responsibilities: * Support development and ongoing management of geographically competitive, stable provider networks that meet access, affordability, quality, and business performance objectives * Use network management experience to evaluate provider participation, specialty distribution, network adequacy, provider performance, and market-level network needs * Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting, and associated financial models to support negotiation strategy and network performance decisions * Evaluate, negotiate, and support provider contracts in alignment with company templates, reimbursement standards, process controls, and business objectives * Build and maintain trusted working relationships with providers, internal partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and advance network priorities * Research, analyze, and resolve complex network, contracting, reimbursement, or operational issues using sound judgment and available resources * Organize and manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and deliver accurate, high-quality work within established deadlines * Provide clear explanations, recommendations, and updates on difficult issues to leaders, peers, and business partners * Coach, provide feedback, and guide others as needed to support team effectiveness and continuous improvement Get ready for significant challenge.
