* 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps roles
 * 3+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting AWS environments
 * Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, and EKS
 * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux-based systems
 * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
 * Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
 * Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams

Desired Skills & Experience

 * AWS certifications
 * Experience with cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks
 * Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or similar tools
 * Programming or scripting experience with Python, C#, Ruby, or related languages
 * Background in financial services, banking, payments, or other regulated industries
 * Experience supporting disaster recovery, availability, and resilience initiatives
 * Strong communication and documentation skills
