Technical Skills: * One or more of the following skills are desired. * Profound experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support and development. * Knowledge of Cloud Computing Security * Knowledge of Other: Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions Soft Skills: * Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty * Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions * Intermediate - Ability to work independently * Intermediate - Demonstrated analytical skills * Intermediate - Demonstrated project management skills * Intermediate - Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure * Intermediate - Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills * Intermediate - Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management * Intermediate - Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion * Intermediate - Possesses technical aptitude License/Certification: * Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) within 120 Days required * SailPoint certification (e.g., IdentityNow or IIQ Certified Implementation Engineer). * Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) preferred * Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) preferred ## Description Position Purpose: Leads the Identity and Access Management systems and solutions, support of the Production SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Now solutions. Performs review of system, user, and administrative roles and accounts and to understand access levels for enterprise applications and platforms. Designs, builds, tests, and maintains scalable and stable off-the-shelf software applications or custom builds technology software solutions to meet technical business identity access needs.
