Prototype new solutions as opportunities emerge across our workstreams, partnering with senior teammates and adapting quickly as priorities shift in a fast-moving, still-forming space. Stay embedded with analysts: learn where the tools fall short and turn that feedback directly into improvements that people actually adopt. Help others level up: share what you learn, teach new AI tools and techniques, and contribute to a growing skills community across the team. Build responsibly with sensitive people data: bake confidentiality, access, and guardrails into what you ship, and handle governed data with strict adherence to privacy requirements and appropriate legal reviews.
