An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. * Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph * In-scope investigation closed within last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program. * Familiarity with the NISPOM, ICD 705, ICD 704. * Must be able to collaborate effectively with customers, security peers and program management team members., * Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of Industrial Security or relevant experience or master's degree and 3+ years of experience. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. * Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph * In-scope investigation closed within last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program. * Familiarity with the NISPOM, ICD 705, ICD 704. * Must be able to collaborate effectively with customers, security peers and program management team members., * Previous experience working with IC customers * Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion * Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions in the midst of ambiguity, and meet deadlines. * Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Knowledgeable of SIMS and DISS databases * Completion of ICD 705 training ## Description Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Industrial Security Analyst/Principal Industrial Security Analyst 2/3 to support a fast-paced, high-profile portfolio of multiple classified programs. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: As the Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO), provide direct support to and coordinate security activities with the program CPSO. Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, visitor control, etc.). Support security education classes and related briefings. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Understand government policy and directives to be able to apply solutions to complex tasks/challenges/assignments that are in compliance with policy. Participate in security compliance audits and self-inspections. Must be able to work directly with the customer to coordinate daily security activities.
