## Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Online Banking Lead Software Engineer - Apply Platform (multiple positions) in Irving, TX., * Optimize performance and maintain consistency across different software product experiences.

 * Develop reusable workflows and components that support multiple products and partners within the Apply platform.
 * Utilize expertise in US Bank-Alliance Apply to collaborate with business stakeholders, analyze requirements, and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications for system implementation.
 * Perform comprehensive code reviews using both manual techniques and AI-powered tools while ensuring adherence to best practices.
 * Foster team growth by promoting secure coding standards, robust CI/CD pipelines, and architectural excellence.
 * Monitor production systems and manage post-release maintenance using Kibana to ensure high availability and reliability of the Online Apply Platform.
 * Implement observability, resilience patterns, and lead incident response for quick recovery.
