* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments
 * Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement
 * Basic understanding of networking (LAN connectivity, switches, routers)

## Description

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery., Axiom Technologies is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (Dispatch/Part-Time Role) based in Santa Rosa, CA, USA. This Dispatch/Part-Time independent contractor role involves providing on-site and remote support to end users while efficiently managing assignments and coordinating service requests.
You'll serve as the go-to technical resource for desktop support, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and smooth coordination among field technicians and internal teams., * Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.

 + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
 + Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
 + Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
 + Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
 + Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
 + Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
 + Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
